Robert Clark at Rebecca Hossack, go!!

Hello,
This very talented and canine obsessed chap is showing his new work
at Rebecca Hossack Gallery in London.
The show is made up of a series of 26 portrait paintings of British dog
breeds, each representing a letter of the alphabet. 
You should go. It'll be good!

Hamilton is quite frankly a dude!

I had the utter delight of drawing Hamilton last week.
What a total beauty to draw.
The owner was thrilled with the illustration.

I must admit that I do have a nice job.
Chatting with people about a four legged friend they adore.
Then drawing them, then getting paid!!
What a pleasure.
Long may it last.

Daily Candy + Pattern Observer = Excitement!

So last Tuesday I was featured on Daily Candy!
Didn't really realise what a stir it would cause.
Over 3o odd requests for portraits overnight was a little overwhelming for a one man band like me, with a day job to juggle!!
I can happily say though, that it was ace.

As well as that I was featured on Pattern Observer.
Michelle did a great piece on me, very lovely indeed, if I did feel a little weird about seeing my flat on line!
All good though.

So thanks to Daily Candy and pattern Observer for making that week one of excitement. x

Ahh it's been a long time between posts.
It just all went a bit crazy though, in a good way.
