Cuckoo Clocks at the Bootcamp

Hello,

I'm taking part in the Lilla Rogers Bootcamp course.
After being on the MATS course last year, it was too good an opportunity to turn down.
As well as drawing things that I wouldn't naturally turn too, the support and community from the other students is really the best thing!
So many fabulous artists, it really does give you a kick up the bum (in a good way;)

These are my take on the theme so far.

Feeling Appreciative - A Terrier Sends Some Love x

Today was one of those days when you feel so appreciative for what you do.

Firstly I'm moving soon, to a beautiful city, to be with someone special and excited for new adventures.
Then I get a lovely message from someone I really admire about my work.
I then get to chat to a friend I have made via my work. She doesn't live in the UK, we've never met in person, but who brightened my day.
My mum calls to tell me the injured pigeon hasn't got a broken wing and the wildlife vet says it will be fine after a few days on some antibiotics. Yay!
I get to draw for a living, which is pretty damn good.
And you just never know what will happen next. That's a good day x x x

Sending some Terrier love.

It's All In The Eyes! - Valentines Day Bulldog

Happy Valentines Day All.

Have a fantastic day, whatever or whomever you share it with. Loved ones, relatives, friends, it really doesn't matter.
I'm just taking stock of the important things, oh and working : )  x

It's always nice to feel appreciated and loved. That of course comes in many shapes and forms.
Sometimes it's those little things that mean the most.
Grand gestures are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but I am a lady who is easily pleased.

I've had a wonderful 20 months discovering places and experiences with someone that I wasn't expecting to meet. I feel very fortunate to be able to embrace these times and enjoy the smallest of occasions which have all been memorable for what ever reason.
Here's to present and future adventures and good times. Cheers Mr B.
