Winter With Pattern And Colour

Winter's here in full swing, and I'm needed colour and pattern to add some brightness.

Foxy Friday!

Foxy arrived at her destination, so I am now able to post about her.
She was a gift for someone, so had to be kept under wraps until she was presented to the birthday lady.
Well Foxy is my 3 chihuahua in as many weeks. The next 2 are just as fantastic : )
I've a lot I'm working on at the minute but a lot I can't divulge just yet!

Shame really, but, all good.

Recent Commission - Lone Star Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue

I recently had the honour of a commission from Teresa of her canine friend Nena (sadly no longer with us).
I had the pleasure of meeting Teresa via the fabulous Robyn Arouty, whom I recently completed a portrait for of her canine friend Maya.

Teresa is Executive Director at Lone Star Shih Tzu and Lhasa Apso Rescue, they do the most outstanding work in the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of abused, abandoned and neglected Shih Tzus and Lhasa Apsos.
Go have a read, and follow, and if so inclined, help out in whatever way you can x

I get to meet some wonderful people from doing what I do, which makes it even more enjoyable and rewarding : )

1st up is Dave, a totally dapper and handsome chap.
2nd on the list is Mr. Oliver, completely cute in his collar and tie!

Rediscovered the joys of Hyperballad this week, so good.
How did I forget.

Jubilee Portraits - As it's my birthday too theres a discount!

We all know what big day is approaching, the Queens Diamond Jubilee!
And my birthday too : )
I was born on the the Queens Silver Jubilee, the day of our street party back in Luton.
So to celebrate me turning 35 and HRH having her big day too, I'll be doing Jubilee Portraits at $230.

This will be from now till my birthday on the 8th of June!

The Chihuahua is nearly done : )

Spent the week, in between teaching and commissions working on this little Madame.
She is for my Supermarket Sarah Wall, which I am photographing early next week.
Looking forward to it : )

So as well as this cheeky chihuahua I will have prints, original drawings, cards, embroideries and brooches!
