Baubles!

As it gets closer to the big day I thought I'd share some vintage baubles with you!
I've only just dug out our decorations, but hoping now to get more in the christmas spirit.

These two patterns were both created for the fabulous Bright Art Licensing agency.

Here's to the nearing festivities : )

Me If I Had Blond Hair And Had A Dog

The other day I found myself daydreaming about having a canine friend.
Being back in my hometown over christmas and being around so many animals heightened my desire for a four legged friend.

So here's me, if I were blonde, a doll and had a canine pal to pet ; ) x x x

Christmas Gifts And Wallpaper Samples

Where did that holiday go?
Hope you had a lovely Christmas. I have been away in paris (lucky me) and then back visiting family and friends in my hometown, also very nice.

Over the holiday period I received the below gifts, and also my Spoonflower wallpaper samples arrived. Thrilled with all.
Super kitsch Bosson plaster dog heads, cat brooch from Bels Art World, geometric brooch from Modern Art Oxford and obligatory ceramic dog! Thank you all.

Hope you received some thoughtful gifts too, but more than anything that you spent time relaxing and enjoying the company of some nice people. x x x

Vases of Flowers, Floral Gardens and A Terrarium. New Prints In My Shop

I've got round to adding a few new prints to my Etsy shop.
It seems I like flowers in vases and succulents. Well it was no real surprise.

I've more to add but this will be the full new line up
Pop over if you fancy adding some colour to your home.

I started drawing canines, had an exhibition and opened up an Etsy shop.
Who'd have thought it would have taken me on such a delightful journey.

Glenda here, in her old ladies headscarf is to play homage to the first pooches I drew and stitched as well as my lovely nan who gave me my love of all things kitsch.
( that wasn't meant to rhyme ; )
Thanks also for anyone that has stopped by, commissioned me, and supported me.
